Professional Experience

Bob launched his residential real estate career in 2007, following a career in technology and higher education. He has consistently ranked in the top 10% of Realtors® throughout metro Atlanta, and has been awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award by the Atlanta Board of Realtors® for qualifying as a Top Producer for 10+ years. Over the years Bob has closed transactions totalling almost 100 million in value! But as Bob is fond of saying, it's not the numbers that matter, it's the people! Talk with anyone who has worked with Bob over the years and you will quickly get a sense of the truth of this statement - whether it's buying your first home or selling a home that's been in the family for decades, Bob's careful and attentive focus to the details of each transaction make it as stress free and easy of a process as possible.

Personal Relationships

Bob has lived in metro Atlanta since the early 1970's - when I-285 was a new 4 lane loop circling Atlanta and you could drive GA 400 from one end (I-285) to the other (Holcomb Bridge) without passing another car! Atlanta has certainly changed, and Bob's depth of knowledge of the area schools and communities has grown with those changes. Bob completed undergraduate and graduate degrees, and even lived abroad in China for a couple of years.  After living in New York for 5 years, Bob moved back home to Atlanta with his wife, Grace, and their newborn son, Powell, and settled in Dunwoody where they have lived for the past 25 years. Another son, Lewis, soon joined their family. Bob is an avid cyclist and runner, having completed multiple full marathons and half marathons, and is active with the Atlanta Track Club. He is also a passionate sports fan, particularly college football and professional baseball. Bob is an active member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody and he and Grace are active members of Wieuca Road Baptist Church in Buckhead.

ABOUT BOB

Bob is a seasoned veteran, having assisted his clients buying and selling homes since 2007. Recently, when Bob was asked why he enjoyed selling real estate, his response was
"Home is where family happens...and whether someone defines family in the traditional sense of husband and wife and children, or in a more non-traditional sense including a partner or friends, home is where family happens. And if, at the end of the day, I am able to help one family find home...it has been a good day."
